本文目的是分析2008~2015年全国食物中毒发生的特点和规律,为制定有效防控食物中毒的措施提供依据。方法是依据中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会公开发布的《2008~2015年我国食物中毒情况的通报》,对食物中毒事件发生的一般情况、季度分布及致病因素进行描述性分析。结果显示,2008~2015年年均发生食物中毒事件199.63起、中毒7279.38人、死亡127.88人,平均每起事件发病36.47人,年均中毒病死率1.76%。食物中毒多发生在第三季度,导致食物中毒的主要因子为微生物性、化学性和有毒动植物及毒蘑菇,这些分析结果可为我国食物中毒事件的管控奠定理论基础。
