衢陈皮产业的现状与对策研究

摘要:

在浙江省“土特产富”政策背景下,衢陈皮依托衢州椪柑优质原料,凭借橙皮苷含量高、药食同源的优势,成为当地富民特色产业。但当前产业处于初级阶段,存在原料供应分散、商贸薄弱、深加工滞后、国际市场准入受阻等问题。文章结合实际提出针对性对策,提出培育新型主体、强化品牌建设等对策建议,这将有利于推动衢陈皮产业向大健康全产业链转型,助力乡村振兴与共同富裕,为同类特色农产品产业提供参考。

Abstract:

Under the policy background of "enriching the people through local specialties" in Zhejiang Province,Quzhou Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae has become a local featured industry that enriches the people,relying on the high-quality raw material of Quzhou ponkan mandarin and its advantages of high hesperidin content and homology of medicine and food.However,its industry is currently in its initial stage,facing issues such as scattered raw material supply,weak commerce and trade,lagging deep processing,and obstacles in accessing the international market.This article proposes targeted countermeasures based on reality,such as cultivating new business entities and strengthening brand building.This will help promote the transformation of the Quzhou Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae industry towards a comprehensive health industry chain,assist in rural revitalization and common prosperity,and provide reference for similar specialty agricultural product industries.
