闵行区地产蔬菜农药残留检测及健康风险评价

摘要:

为了解上海市闵行区地产蔬菜农药残留状况,对186份蔬菜样品中22种农药残留进行检测分析,并运用风险排序矩阵法和食品安全指数法对其健康风险进行评估。结果表明,51份样品检出农药残留,检出率为27.42%,合格率为100%;烯酰吗啉、噻虫嗪和腐霉利的检出率居前三位;不同蔬菜农药检出率差异明显,空心菜检出率最低;茚虫威、联苯菊酯和哒螨灵农药残留风险居前三位,需重点监管;检出农药的食品安全指数值均远小于1,膳食暴露风险极低。这表明闵行区地产蔬菜农药残留状况总体可控,消费者可放心食用。本研究可为指导蔬菜生产用药和开展质量安全监管提供数据支撑及参考依据。

Abstract:

In order to understand the pesticide residue status of local vegetables in Minhang district, Shanghai, 22 kinds of pesticide residues in 186 vegetable samples were detected and analyzed, and the health risks were evaluated by using the risk ranking matrix method and the food safety index method. The results showed that pesticide residues were detected in 51 samples, with a detection rate of 27.42% and a pass rate of 100%. Among the detected pesticides, dimethomorph, thiamethoxam, and procymidone ranked the top three in terms of detection rate. There were significant differences in the detection rates of pesticides among different vegetables, with water spinach having the lowest detection rate. In terms of the risk of pesticide residues, indoxacarb, bifenthrin, and pyridaben ranked the top three and thus require focused supervision. The food safety index values of all detected pesticides were far less than 1, indicating an extremely low dietary exposure risk. It indicates that the pesticide residue situation of local vegetables in Minhang district is generally controllable, and consumers can consume them with confidence. This study can provide data support and a reference basis for guiding pesticide use in vegetable production and conducting quality and safety supervision.
