新疆特色果干制品在国内外市场上占有重要地位,而重金属富集、农药残留问题是制约产业高质量发展的主要因素。文章对新疆特色果干制品中的内外源性污染物进行研究,并分析检测技术的适用情况。基于产地环境地球化学特征与农业投入品使用现状,对典型果干生长、加工和储运过程中重金属元素和农药残留的迁移转化规律进行研究,揭示果干制品脱水浓缩后污染物含量倍增风险,提出复杂基质中前处理技术与高通量检测方法的灵敏度和抗干扰性瓶颈。针对上述问题,提出建立源头减量、过程控制、末端检测的立体化风险控制策略,为完善新疆特色果干制品质量安全标准体系、提高检测监管效率提供理论依据和技术支持。
Abstract:Xinjiang's distinctive dried fruit products hold significant market positions domestically and internationally. However, potential issues of heavy metal accumulation and pesticide residues have become major constraints to the industry's high-quality development. This study investigates the endogenous and exogenous contaminants in Xinjiang's distinctive dried fruit products and analyzes the applicability of detection technologies. Based on regional environmental geochemical characteristics and current agricultural input practices, this study investigates the migration and transformation patterns of heavy metals and pesticide residues throughout the entire growth, processing, storage, and transportation cycles of typical dried fruits like jujubes and raisins. It reveals the risk of multiplied contaminant content levels in dried products due to dehydration and concentration, while identifying bottlenecks in pretreatment techniques and high-throughput detection methods regarding sensitivity and interference resistance in complex matrices. To address these challenges, this study proposes a three-dimensional risk control strategy encompassing source reduction, process control, and end-point detection, providing theoretical foundations and technical support for refining Xinjiang's distinctive dried fruit product quality and safety standards while enhancing detection and regulatory efficiency.
